HoopDog

HoopDog was a platform built to serve all the needs of AAU basketball team management.

What it did:

• → Tournament generation and bracket management
• → Team roster management
• → Payment processing for fees and dues
• → Team communication and coordination

I built the entire stack myself—front-end, back-end, payments, the works. Along the way, I brought in interns who are now directors and principal engineers at companies you've heard of.

The site is no longer live, but the lessons stuck.
